BlueSkyAssist provides virtual assistance services including but not limited to:

Services are provided on an hourly basis at the rates specified on our pricing page unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
To use our services, you may need to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your contact information is current
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
Our standard rate is $12/hour for Starter services and $18/hour for Professional services. Enterprise pricing is customized based on requirements.
4.2 Billing
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
- No long-term contracts or monthly commitments required
4.3 Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review your case and may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to any content, data, or materials you provide to us. We claim no ownership over your intellectual property.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BlueSkyAssist and protected by copyright laws.
6. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of your business information. All team members sign confidentiality agreements, and we implement strict data security measures. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueSkyAssist shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or delays beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- We will return or destroy your confidential materials
- Provisions regarding confidentiality and liability survive termination
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, NY.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
